Shake the bottle well before use! Add 25ml of AlgoFree to 1,000 liters of pond water using the measuring cup. Repeat the application with the same dosage the following day. For optimal effect, distribute evenly in the water using a stick or similar. Remove as many algae as possible with a net before and after the treatment, as dead algae can deteriorate water quality. Ensure sufficient oxygen supply during the treatment. Do not filter through UV clarifiers or activated carbon for at least 7 days after adding the product. In case of heavy algae growth, a follow-up dose of half the amount is recommended after approx. 2 weeks.

Tetra Pond AlgoFree is an anti-algae agent for the prophylaxis of incipient algae problems in garden ponds.
Tetra Pond AlgoFree eliminates green water caused by floating algae and serves as a prophylactic even at low temperatures by preventing the first spring algae bloom. AlgoFree is not suitable for sturgeons. The mode of action is simple: the active ingredients of AlgoFree attach themselves to the algae cell wall and bond firmly with it. The cell wall ruptures and the algae is killed. The dead algae remains with the attached active ingredient molecules are microbiologically broken down. AlgoFree is compatible with aquatic plants, animals, and microorganisms. The effect occurs after just a few days.
