Zeolite can be used all year round. It is sprinkled directly into the pond filter or the stream. It is advantageous to route the pond water through the zeolite as completely as possible so that it can reach its maximum effectiveness. Dosage: 1,000 g of zeolite per 1,000 liters of pond water. Depending on the water pollution levels, zeolite should be replaced every one to two months.

Zeolite is used for the rapid binding of pollutants dissolved in water and the degradation of ammonium and other nitrogen compounds.
Zeolite is a purely mineral natural product that removes ammonium from the water. The ion exchange capacity is limited and depends, among other factors, on the origin of the natural mineral.
Söll's Zeolite is the clinoptilolite form with a purity level of 90%. Combined with the huge surface area of the granules, which can be colonized by many useful bacteria and fungi, an extremely effective reduction of pollutants and nitrogen compounds is achieved. Zeolite thus ensures a healthy pond climate and crystal-clear water.
