Hikari Friend – Complete staple food for koi

Guideline: 1–3% of fish body weight per day, distributed over several feedings. Adjust according to activity level, water temperature, and stocking density.

Use as a daily staple food for koi and pond fish. Feed pellets in portions so that they are completely consumed. Ideal for surface feeding.

Feed several times a day in small portions. Only give as much as the fish can consume in a short amount of time.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you, or a third party designated by you, have received the goods. A model withdrawal form is available, but not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or provided proof of return.

Returning the Goods
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that exceeds what is necessary to check their condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
