Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt. Shipping is carried out from Germany. Within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes apply. Outside the EU, such costs may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
For Switzerland: Customs duties apply for orders with a value of €150 or more. However, import sales tax must always be paid.

Freight Forwarding & Koi Shipping
Large or heavy items that cannot be sent via standard mail will be shipped via freight forwarding. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout. Freight shipments are delivered to the curb. Acceptance by the customer is required.
