Appointment booking
After your purchase, booking an appointment for pickup or shipping is mandatory. You can easily book your appointment via our appointment portal – click here
Pickup and shipping
Wintering services are provided free of charge until 12/06/2026. From 13/06/2026, holding fees will apply to all Koi purchased on or before 15/05/2026 that have not been picked up. The holding fees are €10.00 per Koi for each week or part thereof. Please remember to book your appointment well in advance. All appointments for the 25/26 season can be viewed and booked in our appointment portal starting from the beginning of the season.
All Koi from the 25/26 season must be picked up by the end of the season in September 2026.

Shipping is available for the following countries:

Quarantine
At the time of sale, our Koi have spent at least 6 weeks in quarantine to ensure they are free from viral diseases dangerous to Koi. In addition, our Koi are microscopically examined weekly for parasites and worms. Our supervising veterinarian is Dr. Rob Heymans.
Number of boxes
The number of boxes required for shipping depends on the size of the Koi you have purchased. You can find a size chart to calculate your shipping costs under "All information". Koi with a size difference of 10cm cannot be shipped together.
Bids
You can place your bids manually or via auto-bid. Detailed information is available via the link provided above.
Won auctions
After a successful auction, your Koi will appear in your customer account. A certificate can be requested from the breeder and purchased for a fee.
Invoice
You will receive the invoice for your auctioned Koi within 1-2 business days at the email address you provided. The invoice must be paid within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. If you have booked a shipping date, you will receive your shipping invoice 1-2 weeks before your delivery date. Koi will only be shipped upon full payment of both the Koi and the shipping costs. Pickup at our store in Mönchengladbach is free of charge.
