The dispatch takes place after receipt of the order and is usually processed within 1-3 working days. Shipping times are listed below. The shipping prices apply to all orders from May 26th, 2023.
Since all orders are shipped from Germany, you do not have to pay any customs duties or import taxes for orders within the EU. However, such costs may arise outside the EU.
Customs duties go 100% to the customs of the respective recipient country and must be borne by the customer.
Switzerland - Customs duties are usually only incurred from a goods value of 150€. However, it is possible and important to note that import sales tax will still have to be paid.
