After your purchase, booking an appointment for the collection or shipping of your koi is mandatory. You can conveniently select your preferred date in our appointment portal.

Pickups are also possible in winter – provided there is indoor housing or a constant water temperature of at least 15 °C. Packaging and pickup are free of charge.

Free winter storage

Overwintering of your koi is completely free of charge with us until 12/06/2027. Pick up your koi in the spring as soon as your pond has warmed up.

Number of boxes & discount

The number of shipping boxes depends on the size and quantity of your koi. Koi with a size difference of more than 10 cm do not travel together.

Quarantine

Our koi spend at least 6 weeks in quarantine and are examined weekly under a microscope for parasite and worm infestations.

    We make buying koi easy in our weekly auctions every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Join us and secure your favorite koi 🐟

    For every release, your koi will be packed in professional koi shipping bags and boxes – for shipping and collection. Packaging is always free of charge.

    1. Winning a koi at auction

      Place your bid and win your favorite koi easily online in one of our auctions every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

    2. Pay invoice and book appointment

      You will receive your Koi invoice via email on the very next business day. You can then easily book your appointment through our online scheduling portal.

    3. Pick up koi or have them shipped

      The koi will be prepared for shipment a few weeks before your appointment and will then be ready for you on your desired date.
