Appointment Booking
After your purchase, booking an appointment for pick-up or shipping is mandatory. You can easily book your appointment via our appointment portal.
Free Wintering
The wintering service is free of charge for you until 05/06/25. From 06/06/25, holding fees will apply to all koi purchased up to and including 02/05/25 that have not been picked up. Remember to book your appointment in good time. The earliest pick-up/delivery is possible from 30/10/2024.
Pick-ups
Pick-ups are possible in winter for customers with indoor holding facilities as well as customers who can guarantee a constant water temperature of 15°C throughout the winter. Pick-ups are possible for all countries. Deliveries and pick-ups are possible from 30/10/2024.

Please check the available appointments in our appointment portal. Appointment slots are limited and can book up quickly. Appointments must be booked at least 14 days in advance so that the koi are ready for pick-up/shipping and everything can be prepared. After successful appointment booking, you will receive a confirmation email.

10% discount on the box price for 5 boxes or more
20% discount on the box price for 10 boxes or more
Quarantine
At the time of sale, our koi have spent at least 12 weeks in quarantine to rule out any infestation with viral diseases dangerous to koi. In addition, our koi are microscopically examined weekly for parasite and worm infestations. Our attending veterinarian is Dr. Rob Heymans.
Number of Boxes
The number of boxes required for shipping depends on the size of the koi you have purchased. You can find a size chart to calculate your shipping costs under ‘All information’.
Bids
You can place your bids manually or via Auto-Bid. Further information on this can be found at www.koi-area.de.
Won Auctions
After a successful auction, your koi will appear in your customer account. A certificate can be requested from the breeder and purchased for an additional fee.
Invoice
You will receive the invoice for your purchased koi within 1-2 working days at the email address provided. The invoice must be settled within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal. If you have booked a shipping date, you will receive your shipping invoice 1-2 weeks before your delivery date. Koi will only be shipped upon full payment of the koi & the shipping invoice. Pick-up at our new showroom in Mönchengladbach is free of charge for you.
