Premium Blanket Weed Destroyer
EXTRA STRONG AGAINST BLANKET WEED IN KOI PONDS
- Immediate effect against blanket weed via active oxygen
- Includes special bacteria to decompose dead algae
- Prevents parasitic and bacteriological diseases
- pH-stabilized
The massive growth of blanket weed is encouraged especially in koi ponds due to a lack of plants and the continuous operation of UV systems. Phosphates are not consumed. Consequently, blanket weed has an abundant supply of its main nutrient for unrestrained growth.
Premium Blanket Weed Destroyer was developed specifically for koi ponds and destroys even the most stubborn blanket weed within a few hours by instantly releasing active oxygen. In the process, the active ingredient breaks down into water and oxygen. The dead algae residues can be skimmed off shortly after application.
Premium Blanket Weed Destroyer does not stain the water.
Our recommendation for use and dosage
Premium Blanket Weed Destroyer should be sprinkled directly onto the patches of blanket weed in the morning (30 to 50 g per m² of pond surface). Avoid contact with aquatic plants. Multiple applications per season are possible.
Repeat application should take place no sooner than three days later.
Premium Blanket Weed Destroyer should only be used when the pH value is below 8.5 and the carbonate hardness (KH) is above 5 °dH. For the immediate establishment of stable and species-appropriate water values (pH and carbonate hardness), we recommend Premium KoiStabil.
