Propolis 30 ml – Wound care for koi

No fixed dosage. Apply propolis drop by drop to the wound to be treated after cleaning.

First, preferably clean the wound with Fish Pharma hydrogen peroxide. Then, apply the propolis tincture directly onto the wound and let it dry for a short moment. Afterward, the fish can be returned to the pond water.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you, or a third party designated by you, have received the goods. A model withdrawal form is available, but not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or provided proof of return.

Returning the Goods
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that exceeds what is necessary to check their condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
