If approved for your country, you can book delivery to your home with a shipping company. Shipping to your home with a forwarding company is approved for the following countries: Germany , Austria , Poland* (Warsaw & Katowice region see below)

Direct trip to your home: If approved for your country, you can book a direct trip to your home. When booking an appointment, please provide a contact person who will receive the animals upon arrival. Your box will then arrive at a fixed date and time. The dates for the direct trips can already be viewed in our appointment portal. If the address remains the same, the koi can also be received by your family member or a close person. Precise tour planning takes place 2-3 weeks before the direct trip. You will receive your stop on the route, your arrival time and information about your number of pits by email approximately 2 weeks in advance. The direct journey to your home is approved for the following countries: Switzerland , Belgium , Luxembourg , Netherlands, France
Shipping to pickup point 🇩🇰🇪🇸🇨🇭
If approved for your country, you can book delivery on a fixed delivery date to a shipping company pick-up station. Your box will then arrive at your shipping company pick-up point on the booked date and must be there within 4 hours. Must be picked up after delivery. You must show an identification document upon collection. Shipping to a shipping company pick-up point is approved for the following countries:
Denmark , pick-up point on the German/Danish border
Switzerland pick-up station on the German/Swiss border
Spain pick-up point on the French/Spanish border

If approved for your country, you can book a fixed date for collection at a collection point. Your box will then arrive at a fixed date and time at a collection point where you can collect your koi. We ask all customers to arrive at the collection point on time. This is absolutely necessary to avoid delays.

Precise tour planning takes place 2-3 weeks before the direct trip. You will receive all information regarding the planned tour for your country by email approximately 2 weeks in advance.

Direct travel to a collection point is permitted for the following countries: Czech Republic , Slovakia , Slovenia , Hungary , Croatia , Italy

Collections/shipping after 05/17/24

Your koi can also be picked up in Neuss after May 17th, 2024. However, there are only very few appointments available for this. Delivery to a collection point after May 19, 2023 is no longer possible. After May 17th, 2023, home shipping is only possible for Germany and Austria. From May 18, 2023, storage fees will be due. The costs here are €10.00 per koi per week.

Non-collection / non-arrival / refusal to accept

If a delivery is made on a fixed delivery date to a shipping company pick-up point, the box must be received within 4 hours. Must be picked up after delivery. A later collection would be detrimental to animal welfare. Therefore, please note your individual pickup time window. If the koi is delivered to your home, it is mandatory that the koi be accepted by a contact person. As long as the address remains the same, the koi can also be received by your family member or a close person.

The supplier may not leave the Koi at a pickup location or deliver them to a neighbor. Please ensure that a contact person is available to receive the animals on the day of delivery. If the koi are not picked up, are not found or are refused acceptance, they will be returned immediately to our store. You will be charged for the direct journey.

Telephone appointment booking, spontaneous collections, visits

It is necessary to make an appointment for each visit, as we do not want to keep you waiting because our consultants are in appointments or even out of the office. In order to avoid waiting times, we ask all customers to arrive on time for their booked appointment. All appointment bookings must be made via our appointment portal. If you need help with your booking, please give us a call. It is not possible to pick up Koi spontaneously and without booking an appointment.

Pond temperature when introducing the fish

The koi swim in our tanks at a water temperature of 14°C-15°C. Please note that your pond should also have a constant water temperature of 15°C when moving the koi so that there is no risk to animal welfare.

Koi packaging

The koi are packed on site in koi bags with water and oxygen. The Koi bags then go into a Koi animal shipping box. Packaging is free for you during shipping and collection.

Calculate the number of boxes

1.

Find out the size of your koi. If +- information is given, always use the smaller size.
2.

It is best to write down your Koi sizes in ascending order
among themselves: 17, 24, 29, 30, 30, 52
3.

Start with the smallest koi (here 17cm) and find the corresponding box in the size table. Now add all the koi that also fit into this box (here 24cm)

Now repeat the process until you have assigned all the koi.
4.

You receive your result. There are 3 boxes here. In the first box there is even space for 2 more koi measuring 17cm-27cm, which you can still buy in the auction. The other boxes are already full.
