AquaForte O-Plus Vario S pond pumps have been specially designed for installation under water. With the external controller you can switch off the pump (pause button) and regulate the flow (and thus also the power consumption) from 30% to 100% power. The pump has a synchronous motor and is equipped with a low-wear ceramic shaft. The pump switches off automatically if not enough water arrives in the rotor. If the impeller is blocked, the pump automatically switches to “lock” mode, in which no further power is consumed. The pump can only be switched on again once you have removed the blockage. This prevents the motor from overheating.
