On day 1, day 3, and day 5, dose 17 ml of GTC per 1,000 liters of pond water each time. On day 2 and day 4, change 10% of the pond water each time. On day 6, perform a 25% water change. According to the manufacturer, 1 liter of GTC is sufficient for a complete treatment of approximately 20,000 liters of pond water.

Distribute GTC evenly over the pond water. Switch off UV-C and ozone during the treatment. The treatment should ideally not pass through the biological filter; if the filter is switched off or internally circulating, the pond and filter must be sufficiently aerated. Do not feed during the treatment. Wear gloves and do not use in water with a hardness below 5 °dH.

GTC is a liquid treatment for koi and other suitable ornamental fish against single-celled parasites and fungal infections. It is used for conditions including Costia, Chilodonella, Trichodina, and white spot disease. The active ingredient combination consists of acriflavine and malachite green. Treatment is carried out on days 1, 3, and 5 directly via the pond water. During treatment, UV-C and ozone must be switched off and sufficient aeration must be ensured.
