Colombo pH- – Lowers the pH value in pond water

The dosage depends on the desired pH value. Add 10-20 ml of Colombo PH- per 1,000 litres of water to lower the pH value by approximately 0.5-1.0 units. Check the pH value after 24 hours and repeat the application if necessary. Ensure that the KH value is within the recommended range of 6-10°DH to guarantee a stable pH value reduction.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you, or a third party designated by you, have received the goods. A model withdrawal form is available, but not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or provided proof of return.

Returning the Goods
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that exceeds what is necessary to check their condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
