Colombo Bacto Balls – Filter bacteria balls for pond and filter

Use 100 Bacto Balls per 1,000 liters of pond water. For optimal results, dose the balls either into your filter or directly into the pond. The balls should be replaced monthly. Overdosing is not possible – a higher dosage may even increase effectiveness. UV devices do not need to be switched off during use.

The Bacto Balls can be placed directly in the pond or in the filter, ideally in a media bag.

Customs & Import
No customs duties within the EU. For non-EU countries, customs duties and import VAT may apply (e.g., Switzerland: customs duty on goods valued at €150 or more).

Freight Forwarding & Koi Shipping:
Separate rates apply for freight forwarding and koi shipping, which are displayed at checkout. Delivery is to the curbside.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you, or a third party designated by you, have received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us (Koi-Area GbR, Tomphecke 25, 41169 Mönchengladbach, Tel: +49 152 27783926, E-mail: info@koi-area.de) a clear statement, e.g., by mail or e-mail. A model withdrawal form is available, but not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification in time.

Consequences of Withdrawal
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or provided proof of return.

Returning the Goods
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that exceeds what is necessary to check their condition.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal is excluded for custom-made or unsealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
