Attention: Please provide ALL requested information about yourself when booking an appointment, as your koi can only be prepared for pickup or shipping if the data is complete.
Pick-ups
Pick-ups are possible in winter for customers with indoor facilities or a constant water temperature of at least 15 °C throughout the winter. Pick-ups are possible for all countries. Deliveries and pick-ups will start from 30.10.2024.
You can pick up your koi at our retail store if you book an appointment at least 14 days in advance. The appointment portal for the 24/25 season will open in September 2024. On-site, the fish will be packed and sealed in koi bags with water and pure oxygen, then placed in boxes. Packaging and pick-up are free of charge for you. In addition, holding until 05.06.2025 inclusive is also free of charge.

Collection dates & collection point
You can find all pickup dates here in our appointment portal. Booking an appointment is mandatory for your pickup.
We need to prepare your koi for transport, ensure it has fasted, inspect it, and select it. This is not possible without an appointment – it is the only way we can guarantee optimal animal welfare. We cannot provide koi from auction sales on a walk-in basis.
Appointment Booking
After your purchase, scheduling an appointment for pickup or shipping is mandatory.
You can easily book your appointment via our booking portal.
Bids
You can always enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for this item. The system will bid on your behalf using the smallest possible increment to ensure you stay one step ahead of other bidders.
Once your maximum limit is reached, you will be notified and the system will stop bidding for you—unless you place a new automatic bid. If you wish to bid live, remember to refresh your page regularly.
Won auctions
After a successful auction, your koi will appear in your customer account. You can request a certificate from the breeder and purchase it for a fee.
Invoice
You will receive the invoice for your auctioned koi at the email address you provided within 1–2 business days. It must be paid within 7 days via bank transfer or PayPal.
If you have booked a shipping date, you will receive your shipping invoice 1–2 weeks before the delivery date. Shipping will only take place upon full payment of both the koi and the shipping invoice.
Pick-up at our new showroom in Mönchengladbach is free of charge for you.
Free overwintering
Overwintering is free of charge for you until 05/06/2025. From 06/06/2025, holding fees will apply to all koi purchased on or before 02/05/2025 that have not been collected. The fees are €10.00 per koi for each week or part thereof.
Remember to book your appointment in good time! The earliest collection or delivery is possible from 30/10/2024. All koi purchased at auction from 03/05/2025 onwards can be collected until the end of the season in September 2025.
Quarantine
At the time of sale, our koi have spent at least 12 weeks in quarantine to ensure they are free from dangerous viral diseases. In addition, they are microscopically examined weekly for parasite and worm infestations.

Number of boxes
The number of boxes required for shipping depends on the size and quantity of the Koi purchased. A size chart for calculating shipping costs is attached below.
Discount structure:
- From 5 boxes, you receive a 10% discount on the box price.
- From 10 boxes, you receive a 20% discount on the box price.

For home delivery, please provide your full address and the name of the person who will receive the fish on the delivery date when booking via the appointment portal. The date you select in the appointment portal is your personal delivery date. The fish will arrive on this date. Further information can be found in the appointment portal.
Home delivery is available for the following countries:

Provided it is available for your country, you can book a direct delivery to your home. Your box will then arrive at a fixed date and time, and you can receive your koi directly. If the address remains the same, the koi can also be received by a family member or someone close to you. Precise route planning will take place approximately 2 weeks before the direct delivery. You will receive all information regarding the planned route for your country by email approximately 1 week in advance.

Provided it is available for your country, you can book delivery for a fixed date to a GO! Express pickup station. Your box will arrive at your GO! Express station on the booked date and must be collected within 4 hours of delivery.
Attention: Later collection would harm the animal's welfare; therefore, it is mandatory to collect the koi within the specified time window. If they are not collected, the koi will be immediately returned to our retail store in Mönchengladbach via direct transport. You will be charged for the direct transport if the collection does not take place on time.

If available for your country, you can book a fixed appointment for pickup at a collection point. Your box will arrive at this collection point at a set date and time, where you can collect your koi.
We ask all customers to arrive at the collection point on time. Precise route planning will take place 2 weeks before the direct delivery trip. You will receive all information regarding the planned tour for your country via email approximately 1 week in advance.
