SuperBio is a highly porous biological filter medium for high-performance pond and koi filters. The material is made from sintered glass and, thanks to its open pore structure, offers a very large surface area for the colonization of beneficial microorganisms. The structure also allows for excellent water flow and is particularly suitable for Bakki Showers and trickle filters. SuperBio supports the biological breakdown of organic pollutants, thereby ensuring stable water parameters in koi ponds. The material also possesses KH-buffering properties. It is supplied as 50 liters loose in a box.
